About the Forum
The NHS R&D Forum is a network for those involved in planning and managing research in health and social care.

What Blueberry did
The Forum approached Blueberry to help organise their 2006 Annual Conference. 250 delegates were anticipated together with a small exhibition. Blueberry's remit was to coordinate delegate and exhibitor registration and payments, organise the conference material and to manage logistics on-site.

The conference was over subscribed with 400 attendees at the event. The Client and main sponsor were so happy with our service they bought us champagne and chocolates as a thank you.

What we're now doing
Following the success of the Conference Blueberry now provides the Forum with administrative support on a regular basis. This involves:

	Updating pages on the Forum web site
	Handling payments and invoices
	Provide a postal address
	Meeting support
	Updating the R&D database
	Implementing new membership database and on-line discussion group
